Personal Training

Certified personal trainers, with a varying degree of knowledge of general fitness involved in exercise prescription and instruction, will motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability, measuring strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments performed before and after an exercise program to measure your improvements in physical fitness

Sports nutrition

Sports nutrition is the study and practice of nutrition and diet with regards to improving one's athletic performance. It focuses its studies on the type, as well as the quantity of fluids and food taken by an athlete.

Osteopathy is a type of alternative medicine and pseudo-medicine that emphasises massage and other physical manipulation of muscle tissue and bones. Practitioners of osteopathy are referred to as osteopaths. Its name derives from Ancient Greek bone (ὀστέον) and sensitive to or responding to (-πάθεια).

Functional Training

Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. In the context of body building, functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.

Mobility is the most important element of CrossFit and Functional Training in general, because can prevent so many injuries because most of the functional movements require to be strong in a mobile rather than static position. A Thruster, even with the empty bar, is extremely difficult if people can't squat properly, can't rack properly and struggle with overhead mobility.

Gymnastics is a men's and women's sport that requires balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, endurance and control.

Olympic Weightlifting

Weightlifting, also called Olympic-style weightlifting, or Olympic weightlifting, is an athletic discipline in the modern Olympic programme in which the athlete attempts a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates. The two competition lifts in order are the snatch and the clean and jerk.

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

Having an understanding of the fundamental box rules, burpees rulesacronyms and movements (in alphabetical order) prior to performing them, will help you learn them faster.
